A pin with a 1/4 inch diameter, like part # e98886, is standard for coupler locks. Unfortunately there are none that are 1/16 of an inch larger in diameter.

If instead you meant that you needed one with a span of 5/8 of an inch then you will want to go with the Master Lock Adjustable Trailer Coupler Lock # 2847DAT which has a 5/8 inch adjustment setting.

If you meant that the pin diameter needed to be 5/8 inches then you are looking for part # e98880.

Have a lock pin that is 3/8” thick need a lock to keep from being stolen. Does anyone sell a lock pin with keys that can fit that small diameter?

@NewR The closest we have to a 3/8" locking pin is the 1/4" Pin # e98886 that I referenced above. Aside from that, you'll need to look elsewhere for a 3/8" diameter if that's what you really want.

@JonG I tried the 1/4 inch and it won’t fit in the hole. I would have thought it would be standard across. What do you recommend since this is from manufacturing? Should I drill the hole larger? I can’t seem to find a lock that will fit.

@NewR 1/4" is smaller than 3/8" so are you needing more like a 1/8" pin diameter?
