How to Remove Panels on 2017 Honda CR-V to Install Trailer Wiring Harness
Question:
The rear compartment panels in the 2017 Honda CRV are not the same as in previous models. How do you remove them to connect trailer wiring harness? I just purchased your harness. Thank you for your anticipated help.

To install the trailer wiring harness # 118741 on a 2017 Honda CR-V there is a decent amount of paneling that needs to be removed or at least released.
You'll need to take out the spare tire cover and then the scuff panel. Then there is a tab behind the rear seat release handle. Once you have the tab out you'll release the clips along the edge of the driver's side wall panel.
I've linked a video that shows the install for you.
