Why Doesnt Thule T2 Classic Come with Cable Locks

Question:
I just bought a brand new Thule t2 classic 9045. I noticed after I got it that it does not have the cable locks . Is it possible for me to buy the replacement arms with the cable locks . I just want to make sure they will fit before I buy them . Thanks

The Thule T2 Classic does not have a cable lock since the arms have locks built into them and the shank of the rack has a lock to secure it to the hitch of the vehicle. There is a replacement arm that will give you a cable lock though. For that we had a customer come back and state that the part # 752-1272-001 gave them the ability to use a cable lock.
