Performance Monitor Recommendation for 2001 Ford F-650 Super Crewzer

Question:

I have a 2001 Ford F-650 Super Crewzer with a C7 Caterpillar engine 3126B. I am interested in adding an engine performance monitor not necessarily a tuner. What are my options? Can I mount it to the A Pillar?

I spoke with my contact at Edge and he confirmed that the Edge Insight CS2 # EP84030 will work with your 2001 Ford F-650 Super Crewzer. Although keep in mind that this monitor is specifically designed for the F-350, so while it will work, some of the displayed parameters may be different on an F-650. This monitor only system will plug into your Ford F-650 to get OBD-II parameters and diagnostic trouble codes to display on the 2.4 inch high-resolution, full-color screen. This is the only monitor we currently offer that is confirmed to fit with your vehicle.

The monitor has a suction cup base and is designed to mount to the vehicle's windshield. There is not a custom pillar mount for the insight with your truck. I have included the installation details for your review.
