Can the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Yakima PowderHound Y8860040 work for an older Yakima Lift Ticket 6 Ski Rack?

The mounts I recommend for your older Yakima Lift Ticket are the Universal MightyMounts, part # Y03590.
As you can see for this hardware, it has a similar mounting as the PowderHound hardware, part # Y8860040 you came from, but has multiple options that can be used for various carriers and crossbars.
