215/75-14 Trailer Tire Recommendation to Replace 205/75-14
Question:
I am looking to replace trailer tires. I have F78/14 load range C but would like to bump up to the load range D. Im not sure how much wider a 215 tire is compared to the 205 I have now. Do you see any problems?

The height and width differences between the 205/75-14 and the 215/75-14 tire size is small enough that you wouldn't have any clearance issues unless your setup barely had room for your current size. The tire would be .4 of an inch tall and 10 mm wider.
The part # TTWTRTM2157514D would be your best choice as it fits the size you are looking for, is a Load Range D, and because it has a higher speed rating of 81 mph. Most trailer tires are only good for 65 mph.
