It all depends on the bed extender you have. If it is a universal fit type of model then the same extender will likely fit both a 2009 Ford F-150 and 2013 GMC Sierra 1500. For example, the Curt # C57WR Universal Truck Bed Exender which will fit nearly all full size pickup trucks including Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Dodge, Ram, and Nissan, with standard 60" wide tail gates. (6.5 foot and longer beds) and provide 26-1/2 inches of additional bed length for storage and hauling. May not work with flare-style tailgates. Compatible with most tonneau covers.
