Do you need the instructions for the 5th wheel hitch, installation kit, or both? I have linked instructions for the Reese 16K fixed version and the square tube slider base for you.

For the install kit I would need to know which kit you have. I have included a link to the 5th wheel main page for your 2004 Dodge Ram. Select the series and bed length and the options will come up. If you can identify the kit you have the instructions are linked on the page. Or let me know which one it is and I can send them to you.
