Question:

Im looking for a bike rack for my 2009 Honda Accord with a spoiler. From my research it seems That I wont be able to get on to fit on trunk. Is it possible to get one for the hood.

Thule offers several trunk mounted bike racks that would be compatible with your 2009 Accord Coupe, as long as the spoiler you mentioned is factory installed. The Thule Passage, part # TH910XT is an entry-level bike rack that would work great for you.

If the spoiler is aftermarket, I can't confirm fit. I would strongly discourage you from attempting to install a trunk mounted bike rack on the front of a vehicle. The rack would obscure the vision of the driver and would block the headlights, and would surely be illegal.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance.
