Ratchet Strap Recommendation for Securing a Hoveraround Scooter

Which tie down strap system comparable to Hoveround system would you recommend. When you reply with an addy,I can upload an image to better explain my need.

I did a little research on what style of straps are commonly used to secure Hoverarounds and it looks like a set of straps like the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps # 34414 would do a great job. These straps have S-hooks on either end of them and have more than enough capacity.
