Tow Package Fuse Locations for a 1998 Ford Expedition

where is the fuse location for my 1998 ford expedition tox package plug. nothing is working

I pulled up a picture of a fuse box of a 1998 Ford Expedition and it looks like position 1 is the trailer tow running lamp relay and back up light relay. Position 16 is trailer battery charge circuit. Position 28 is brake controller relay.
Aside from that you would want to check all towing related fuses using the diagram on the fuse box lid.
