Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD with 2 inch Lift
Question:
I purchased the SSR-211-47 Sumo Springs for my 2003 SIlvarado 1500HD 4x4 with Quadrasteer and a 2inch lift. With a 1,000lb dry slide-in camper in the bed the truck sits level no rake and still has a few inches between the leaf spring and the Sumo Spring. Should I change these out for the SSR-201-40-2 Sumo Springs, or could I add 2inch blocks to my current setup to fill the gap?

The kit you referenced is actually designed for heavier duty versions of the Silverado like the 2500 and the 3500. I wish SumoSprings offered lift spacers for their kits but they do not currently. Best solution will be to use the # TGMRCK25S which fits your truck and then go with the spacer part # A25723-90AH00 to take up the additional space. Each of these spacers is 1 inch thick so you'd need a total of 4.
