The Kangaroo rope is easy to set up for recovery operations. Simply connect one end to an anchor point on the stuck vehicle using an appropriately-rated bow shackle (sold separately). Connect the other end to an anchor point on the recovery vehicle using a second bow shackle.

With some slack in the rope accelerate the tow vehicle up to 16 mph, then slow or come to a full stop. As the rope stretches it builds kinetic energy. This energy is converted to potential energy at the stuck vehicle. This potential energy generates force that will help propel the stuck vehicle forward.

Note: When using this rope use components that are designed for recovery operations. Do not attempt to use your hitch ball for recovery operations.
