Specs:
These low-profile Inno Aero crossbars let you build a stylish, aerodynamic roof rack for your vehicle. The crossbars require 4 Inno Flush or Through feet to mount the rack to your roof. You may also need a custom fit kit to mount the crossbars. Built-in T-slots in the tops of the bars let you easily mount carriers and accessories on the rack. Flexible rubber strips in the channels keep out dirt and require no trimming or adjustment. The crossbars are also constructed of strong yet lightweight aluminum so they won't rust.
These lightweight bars have an elliptical shape. This aerodynamic, low-profile design helps to reduce wind noise and drag when you drive. This means you won't need to add a fairing.
Inno Aero crossbars are constructed of sturdy, lightweight aluminum. Internal extrusions add strength and structural rigidity without adding a significant amount of weight. The bars are rustproof so you can leave them on your roof all year long, wherever you go. The sand-blasted powder coat finish resists corrosion, scuffs, and scratches. And the matte black color will look good on any vehicle.
Each crossbar has a channel in the bottom that lets you install Inno feet (sold separately). Slide the channel cover over to reveal a mounting hole for the foot. Clip the foot into the crossbar and then slide it into place along the channel. Built-in bar end stops in the channels will keep the feet from sliding off the ends of the bars.
To complete installation, mount the feet to your roof. This may require a custom fit kit (depending on your application). Attach the locking covers (included with the feet) to secure the roof rack to your vehicle. Locking the covers also secures T-slot-mounted accessories to your crossbars.
This bar has a built-in T-slot that allows you to mount bike racks, watersport carriers, ski racks, and more. The EZ-Slide rubber strip in the bar lets you mount accessories without the need to remove or trim the strip. Just press down on the ends of the flexible strip and slide your accessory's mounting hardware into the T-slot. This strip has a plastic coating so it's easy to slide T-bolts along the channel. The strip runs the full length of the bar, so it helps keep dirt out of the channel when you're not carrying accessories.
You can also attach most clamp-on accessories to the bar, and the rubber strip provides a no-slip cushion for any accessories that rest on it.
These Flush feet help mount 2 Inno Aero crossbars to your vehicle's factory raised side rails to create a streamlined roof rack. Steel straps wrap around rails and tighten with cam-action handles. Locking covers secure feet to side rails.

Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Ford Escape we're gonna be test fitting the INNO Aero Roof Rack System consisting of part numbers INXB108-2. These are gonna be the two INNO Aero crossbars and to hold those onto our factory raised side rails, we're gonna be utilizing the INNO flush feet and that's gonna be INXS100. This is a great roof rack system that has this nice factory sleek style look to it thanks to its flush mount design. The bars themselves are gonna be aerodynamically shaped so that's gonna cut down the wind noise and drag while you drive virtually eliminating the need for any fairings like you would have for square or round bars. Up at the top here we do have this rubber strip and this means you can utilize T track accessories with this once this is installed. How you would access those, you would remove the end cap here and you can see the strip here. Now what sets this apart from others is, unlike having to remove this strip completely and cut its length when you're installing your accessories with this, you just simply push down and slide your T track accessory in as needed.
Moving on to our end caps here, you can see that it comes with a lock so once this is installed it's secured to your factory raised side rails and you can see how it attaches to the side rails here. It has this rubber coated steel strap that wraps up underneath and goes to these catches and then we have an integrated tightening tool. This also sets this apart from others 'cause usually you have the completely separate tools or the ones that are part of the end cap. This, everything is together. You don't have to worry about losing anything except for the end cap.
So we'll lock that in place.Let's go ahead and show you how this goes together. We already have it partially assembled, our rear bar partially assembled on this table here. And this more than likely one of the more easy installs as far as roof rack systems are concerned. We'll flip the bar upside down to just kinda make it easier on ourselves. And you're gonna see on the other end of the bar here this portion here.
This is a tab that slides into place. You push in the tab, push it in all the way so it doesn't slide out. And then, we'll take our flush foot here and you can see these tabs on the top here are gonna fit into these portions and I also wanna point out that this is labeled left or right so you know where it's supposed to go and it also has a little etching here on how the bar is supposed to look on top of it. So making sure that the end with the tightening tool is facing out, we'll line it up and it simply pushes out like that and now we're ready to install it on our roof. As I said, very easy, very simple. All right, when we're setting this into place we're going at any area in particular.
When measuring out the spread from center to center you just wanna make sure you don't go under 24 inches. Or go by whatever accessory you're hauling because they usually do have the recommendations of a spread from say 24 to 30 inches, something like that. Do this on the other side as well. All right. With that done, we can wrap our rubber coated steel strap around the bottom and we'll tighten it down. Now this doesn't take too long, it depends on the thickness of your bars. You may loosen it up a little bit but with this style roof system, if you have other vehicles with factory raised side rails, this could work with that as well. And this can carry other varieties of things such as ski and snowboard carriers, kayak carriers, bike racks, roof mounted cargo baskets, and INNO does carry these on our website. We'll go ahead and install our end caps here as one of our final things. There is one other thing I would like to give you and that's a couple measurements to give you an idea of how high this sits off the roof of your vehicle. And there is one other thing I'd like to mention. You do lose a little bit of usable space when you have these flush mount styles so if you wanted something, say, that has an overhang to it, INNO does offer roof rack systems that has that crossbar overhang if you have more accessories. So I'm gonna give you a couple measurements from the center of the roof. So the center of the roof to the bottom of the bar is gonna be about two inches. From the center to the top is gonna be about 3 and an 8th of an inch. So that's more than enough space for those accessories that wrap around the bar as opposed to using the T track accessories and these bars do have a carrying capacity of 165 pounds but you always wanna double check with your vehicle's manual to make sure your roof can take those weights and go by their recommendations. And there you have it for the INNO Aero Roof Rack System on our 2014 Ford Escape.

1 Year of use and the Inno rails still solid - stealth - and quiet. Very easy to mount/remove as needed. Perfect choice in a saturated market of options. etrailer best out there for info - research - products- and price!
Very happy with purchase. This third rack system I have purchased ( for different vehicles) and first Inno system. Seems every bit the quality of my Yakimas and like the attachment portion to roof rails, everything is coated so no possibility of scratching paint on car. Delivery was very quick and Etrailer price matched Amazon!
First off, eTrailer Rocks! The website, the reviews, the product tutorials, the fast shipping. This is my second purchase and i am now a loyal customer.
The Inno crossbars are exactly what i wanted for my 2013 Murano; the installation was simple thanks to the video instructions from eTrailer--and i'm very pleased with the fit, and the overall look.
Good racks, one year of frequent use and no problems. The instructions could have been clearer, but once I figured it out it was easy to install.
Easy to install. Instructions are almost perfect. Watching the video really helped, especially the tip of laying the rails down and then marking the trim. I used a hacksaw to cut the trim, really easy. Thank you guys for an awesome product. I hope it is durable, it feels solid, but only time will tell.
Fits great, sturdy, snug to the car. Exactly what you need, 5 stars.
Easy to install - good fit - no compain ts
Hold well and fit perfectly in my Subar u.
Great product! Easy install. Highly rec ommended.
These are fine
I've been a happy etrailer customer for years. Sales staff helped me pick out the right roof rack setup for my new 2023 Escape that worked with my low-profile rails. 3 separate boxes of pieces but they all came together perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and etrailer customer support! Rack is solid, low wind noise and will work with the accessories I need, kayak carrier and cargo basket.
Got these with the custom fit kit (INK860) and the through feet/stays (INXS250) for my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Assembly's not difficult, though you do have to work with three different instructions: 1 for the stays/feet (the main install instructions), one for the Crossbars (minimal to do there), and one for the custom fit kit (again, minimal, though this one is crucial as it contains the measurements for the setup).
Things went pretty smoothly. However, when I put it on my roof at the measured distances from the center line, the feet didn't both occupy the rain gutter as they are supposed to. I checked the measurements, and both the front stays were at 21.5" and both back stays were at 21 3/8 " . Since those were the called for measurements, I'm not sure why I didn't fit perfectly. However, they're great and I can't wait to put them to use with my kayak and snowboard and bike. Thanks E-Trailer.
Photos show how great the system looks as well as some of the gaps at the rain gutters. I don't think it's crucial to readjust those. I did try several times but couldn't seem to get them just right.
Prefect fit and looks great on my 2008 Evo X. The install videos made it super easy to put together and install.
