The RV slam latch replacement I ordered from trailer matched the original and was an easy install. The order arrived promptly and in perfect condition! I will not hesitate to shop trailer in the future and I encourage you to do the same!
The lock is fine. Came quickly and its quality is as expected. No instructions for installing so I watched the video on the etrailer website. Video was not good. Spent more time going over adapting the latch to a different latch replacement (not my situation at all), and didn’t even cover all the questions I had with installation. I managed in spite of the less than beneficial video.
Had to do a little cutting on my door for the new latch but it worked great.
It was a perfect match for replacing a storage compartment latch/lockset on a 2023 Thor Hurricane 31C. Customer Service was excellent and shipping was fast. Thank you etrailer!!
Fast shipping, even during the Holiday season. Received the part as described. I only wish they would have provided longer mounting screws. Really had to work this and was glad I did save 3 of the previous screws.
Fit perfectly and looked exactly like OEM. Only problem was the crews were to short for the thickness of my door. Quick trip to ACE Hardware and Voila! Door fixed when Camping World told me the part would be $225.00 and that's not including installation. Thanks etrailer! Fast delivery and the correct part.
Unfortunately, the exact same part of the latch broke about 6 months after replacing it. Both times it has been the piece that moves the latch in when you squeeze the handle so when it breaks you have to crawl through the under storage from the other side to get the latch out. However, it was the correct latch and did match the original set of keys. We finally put on our third latch about a month ago. Fingers crossed this one lasts longer!
My experience with etrailer has always been outstanding with ordering and customer service follow up.
This door lock replacement is top of the line and has worked as expected for over a year.

Easy to install, much better than the stock plastic locks.
The assistance we received from Linda at trainer was outstanding. she helped us when our part did not arrive as expected and also helped us reroute it to a new location. The part worked perfectly.
Exactly what we needed
Lost keys on original locks for a 2018 Heartland Mallard M302. Fit perfectly and changed both in 10 minuted. Delivery was also early. Took 3 days.

The slam latches were just as I expected. I installed them with the assistance of the videos provided on the website. They work great and look good, too. These will allow us to keep the "basement" more securely closed and locked. The horse pic is extra, LOL.

This was a great replacement for the slam latches on my outside storage compartments on my Lance travel trailer. The keys actually work the same as the ones that came with the Lance, even though they look to be cut differently and the numbers are different.
