Question:
I am building my own camper. Including doors and windows. I need to know what the maximum thickness my door could be. Also, I will be ordering some slam locks for compartment storage, maybe up to 5 of the those. I understand they can all have matching keys including main entry door. So does the main entry door act as the master and the others are keyed to it? I would prefer it that way.

The maximum door thickness to be able to install the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019 is 1-1/2".
For the optional slam latches I recommend Global Link Locking Baggage Lock Actuator Set with Mounting Plate Item # GL34FR. The lock core on this latch can be made to match other Global Link locks.
