No Power to Trailer Connector After Changing Fuses

Question:

My vehicle is a 2015 Chevy Equinox. While working on my trailer troubleshooting the trailer wiring I Iost all power from the vehicle to the trailer. I checked all the trailer fuses and even tried replacing 18,22,25 and still no luck. Any ideas what could have blown?

I do not know what may have blown; if you changed your fuses but still aren't getting any power to your trailer connector, it may be the wires going to the connector. The best I can offer is to test wires with Circuit Tester # PTW2979 to see if power is going into the connector.

If not, there is likely damaged wiring and that would really be something you would unfortunately need to see your dealer or a mechanic to remedy.
