Looking for tire covers for 2004 Jayco Jay Flight camper. Model 28.5 RFS. It has 16inch tires. Which cover should fit this?

The Classic Accessories RV Wheel Covers # CA80083 that you referenced is designed to fit 24 to 27 inch trailer tire diameters. What you will need to do is determine what your trailer tire diameter is by checking out the link I attached to the right that details how this is done, and then if your diameter fits the range of this cover it would work well for you.
