This 74- x 48-inch basket will fit your factory crossbars as long as they are between 36- and 60-inches apart, measured on center.

Do note that the largest cargo baskets may prevent full opening of your rear hatch.

Can this hold my full size spare tire from my 2007 Nissan Armada the Yakima Mega Warrior

Based on my research I believe the full size spare on your Armada is a 265/70-18 size tire (let me know if I'm wrong). This size unit has a height/diameter of just about 32.6", so it would fit without issue inside the Yakima MegaWarrior # Y07080-82.
