Can the CE Smith Keel Roller Assembly Be Installed at Various Angles

Question:
When this part is installed can you set it at any angle or does it have to be like in the picture? I wanted to use it as a bow stop but my winch post is straight up with no angle.

The CE Smith Keel Roller Assembly # CE32005G that you referenced is designed with several installation holes in the brackets so that various angles and heights can be used for installation.
