The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer # SSA5MTKT is a correct fit for your 2004 Silverado 1500 if it is the LD version. If it is the HD version then instead you will use their similar kit # SSA10MTKT.

The SuperSprings helper leaf springs are an ideal solution for your slide-in camper application and will perform better than rubber jounce springs. These install without drilling, require no maintenance once installed - unlike airbags - and they offer you choices in how you install them (an adjustable bracket) that will vary the amount of support they lend to your truck's stock leaf spring suspension.
