Will Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains fit 265/65/R17 Tires on Toyota Prado

Question:

1. Can these chains be fitted only on front tires or all four tires? Since the clearance at front tires are very less and snow chains might touch the shock absorbers during steering. 2. I have Toyota Prado with a tire size 265/65/R17

The Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners for Wide-Base Tires, # PWE3227SC, which you reference, are a confirmed fit for 265/65/R17 tires, front or rear. We do not have any information about the Toyota Prado since it is not available in the US market, nor do I know the year of the your vehicle. However, my research shows that the Prado is similar to the Lexus GX (it may even be the same vehicle). When I ran the 2014 Lexus GX into our fit guide the Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners for Wide-Base Tires, # PWE3227SC, were a confirmed fit front and rear.

Also if there are any restrictions on the use of tire chains for your Prado with tire size 265/65/R17, then it should be listed in the owner's manual. Take a look in the owners manual for any tire chain information.
