what are the dimensions of part #853-5544 including the hole and is it hard rubber.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Thule fairing replacement rubber spacer # 853-5544 to measure it for you.
The overall length is 3/4 inches. The overall diameter is 1/2 inch. And the square opening is 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch.
It is a softer rubber, you can easily squish it between your fingers.
