Question:
Can you provide a drawing or dimensions for the K2R526D? We are designing a heavy industrial cart with hard rubber fork liftinch tires and want to add brakes. We really rather not buy the parts until we have laid out how they will fit. The dimensions we need are: ID of center hole in rotor. Bolt hole size. Offset from mounting surface to rotor center. Hydraulic fitting spec. Offset in caliper mounting bracket relative to the rotor center. Width of the caliper on either side of the rotor. Also, is the DM5425 brake line kit appropriate for the K2R526D?

I went out into our warehouse to get all of the dimensions you requested.
The inner diameter of the center hole for the rotor is 3.6 inches.
The diameter of the bolt holes in the rotor are .52 of an inch.
From the mounting surface of the rotor to the rotor center measures 2.25 inches.
From the mounting surface of the caliper to the rotor center measures 3.15 inches.
On the thicker side of the caliper the distance from the mounting flange to nearest portion of the rotor is 2.6 inches.
On the thinner side of the caliper the width from the outside of the caliper to the rotor is 1.2 inches.
The fitting size is 3/16".
I also attached a review video for you to check out.
The Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # DM5425 that you referenced would be an appropriate brake line kit for this disc brake kit.
