Are Replacement Dico 10x2-1/4 Inch Brake Shoes Interchangeable with Automotive Brake Shoes

Question:
Are you familar with any automotive brake shoes interchangable with Redline/Dico brake shoes part #BP04-120? If so could you please advise what auto would use such a compatible shoe? Thank you in advance.

I am not aware of any passenger vehicles that use the same shoe design as # BP04-120. As far as I know they are only designed to work with Atwood, Bendix, Dexter, and Dico 10" X 2-1/4" Hydraulic Brakes which you would not find on any passenger vehicle.
