The Blue Ox AutoStop is discontinued and no longer available, but if you have one or a way to get one it would work as a supplemental braking system for flat towing your 2013 Chevy Silverado.

The Blue Ox Patriot braking system part # BLU37TR another option you could entertain as well if you don't have the AutoStop already. This system can sense the amount of braking that the tow vehicle is applying and will apply a proportional amount of braking in your Silverado. I attached an FAQ article to the right that covers supplemental braking systems for you to check out as well.

You will also need a base plate kit to go along with your Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar part # BX7420. If you have a 1500 Silverado you would want the # BX1674, or if you have a 2500 or 3500 you would want the # BX1694.

The last thing you will need is a lighting system. Check out the link I attached to the right to see how to pick out a tow bar lighting system based on your needs.
