Strange question can I drive with the cover on it or is it just for storage only?. Thanks

No, the pop up covers we sell like the Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover # CA80043 that you referenced are not designed to be driven while installed. The wind turbulence would pretty easily destroy the cover though.
