What is the o.d of the male pipe coupler and the i.d. of the female coupler? The female end gets welded in place correct?

I went out into our warehouse and to measure one of the Bulldog Square Swivel Jacks # BD190758 we had in stock and found that the inner diameter of the female mount is 2-17/32 inches and the outer diameter of the male pipe mount on the body of the jack is 2-15/32 inches.
Yes, the female end does get welded in place on your trailer frame.
