Good day - Please tell me which of your under-$50. hand winches has the largest drum area where the drum area is equal to: width of drum x drum outer diameter - drum hub diameter Thank you very much.

What it sounds like you are looking for is a handwinch under $50 dollars that has the longest strap/cable capacity.
Which based on that I think your best recommendation would be the Dutton Lainson part # DL14627 as this one can have a 9/32 cable up to 58 feet like part # DL24045 or up to 38 foot of strap. The longest strap we have is 25 feet though, part # DL24249.
