I have 2014 f250 with a 3 1/2inch lift. Are there ways to fit this to lifted trucks?

All you would need to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88396 on your 2014 Ford F250 with a 3-1/2 inch lift kit is the correct lift spacer kit. For that you would need the spacer kit part # AL52440.
If your lift is a body lift then the spacers wouldn't be needed.
