Question:

Hi - I purchased this hitch from you folks a couple of weeks ago. I am trying to print out the Installation Details on this page, but Im getting a file not found error. Can you please email me the instructions or send me a link? Im bringing the hitch to my mechanic to install it and would like to give him the instructions. Im not sure he has a computer to play the video. Thanks

I apologize for the issue you had with the installation instruction link for the Draw Tite Hitch # 24816 that you purchased. I attached a picture to the right (it might take till tomorrow morning for it to show up) that has the installation instructions.
