The Draw-Tite Class I 1-1/4 Inch hitch, part 24764, you have referenced is only available in a 1-1/4 inch hitch size for your 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara.

For 2 inch size hitches for your vehicle I would have the CURT Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # C13001 and the Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # 75448. Both of these hitches have 2 inch receivers and are designed to fit your 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara.
