The hinge kit part # FHDPB230101 is a bolt on kit that comes with the hardware needed to bolt it to your trailer.

For a similar hinge kit that would weld on you would want the # FHDPW230300. I would recommend you weld it all the way around like the picture I attached that came in from a customer who installed this kit.
