Will Toyotas OEM part Number PT228-89445 Ball Mount fit the C13043? Its about 2 inches from hole to the back of the ball mounts plate.

I have attached a photo of the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C13043 for you. As noted in the photo, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outside edge of the receiver opening is 2 inches. with the distance on the photo you sent being 2 inches, this hitch should work just fine on your 2011 Lexus GX 460.
If you need a hitch receiver lock, I recommend the etrailer.com Lock, part # e98880. This chrome lock has a pin diameter of 5/8 inches and has a covered key slot.
