The best value roof rack in my opinion is the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero black roof rack that is made of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK290. Like costlier brands' similar products this will be a quiet rack that will make less wind noise. And the Vortex bars allow you to mount accessory carriers in two ways - with around-the-bar clamps and T-Slot fittings that slide into the track in the tops of the bars.
