Is reverse light function dead at the 7-Way connector on the F-350 or you just not getting reverse lights on the trailer anymore?
Check with the 7-Way connector on the truck with either a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 or a 7-Way tester like part # C73NR. If you have the reverse function at the truck connector, then the problem is on the trailer. If not, then the problem is probably on the truck.
If the problem is on the truck, trace wiring and check for nicks or fraying connections. Corrosion on the wires will also prevent them from functioning. Check all fuse panels if you have not already done so, both those in the engine bay and those in the cab.
If the problem is on the trailer, check the reverse light grounds. Trace wires from the reverse lights up to the connector again checking for nicks, fraying or corrosion.
