Replacement Wing Knobs for Discontinued Thule 4 Bike Docking Station

We use a discontinued Thule 4 bike docking station #925. However, the plastic hand knobs have cracked or broken off. I believe it fits onto a 3/8inch .screw. Could you recommend the correct knobs to replace all the broken ones? Thank you.

I spoke with my contact at Thule and she said the part you need is replacement 2-wing knob, part # 753-1897-03,
The Thule 2-Wing Knob, part # 753-1897-03, measures 33 mm wide, 24 mm tall, and the base measures 12 mm.
