Which Thule Roof Top Cargo Boxes Fit a 2012 Honda CRV without pressing down the antenna on its roof?

We test fit a bunch of roof top cargo boxes on a 2013 Honda CR-V which is very similar to your 2012 model. Check out the link I attached to the right that shows all of the test fit videos we did. On all of them we had to remove the antenna as it sticks up too high and too close to the rear crossbar.

Will the Thule Evolution Cargo Box fit a 2012 Honda CRV without pressing down the antenna on its roof? Thank you!

The Evolution boxes are no longer made by Thule, but from what I can tell just about any cargo box will likely make contact with that antenna. Your best option will be to simply remove it when using the box.

@ChrisR Thanks for that advice! I did purchase a shark-fin type of antennae cover to replace the stick antennae on my Honda CRV. Works well. Trouble is the Thule Evolution is so long I cannot open the hatch fully. I will sell the Evolution but what model/size actually WILL fit the 2012 Honda CRV, please?

We test fit a bunch of roof top cargo boxes on a 2013 Honda CR-V which is very similar to your 2012 model. On all of them we had to remove the antenna as it sticks up too high and too close to the rear crossbar. You may find that swapping the stick style antenna for the shart fin style resolves this.
