If you have a factory 7-way at the rear of your 2006 Nissan Frontier all you would need would be the brake controller installation harness part # 3050-P as well as a brake controller.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
If you do not have any trailer connection present at the rear of your vehicle you will also need the Tow Ready Nissan 7-Way Installation Kit part # 118266.
