The hub and drum assemblies included with Dexter axle, # 35545E-ST-89, are too large to fit the 12 inch wheels on Harbor Freight trailer 69897. If the length measurements are correct (89 inches from hub face to hub face and 74 inches between spring hangers on center), then you would need to also replace the wheels and tires with larger 14 inch wheels, # AM32153.
