Locking the Swagman Upright Roof Mount Bike Rack to a Roof Rack

Question:
What is to keep a thief from just unscrewing the whole rack from your roof? The bike locks to the rack, but the u-bolts used to mount the rack to my roof is just finger tightened u-bolts. It will be just as easy for a thief to take them off my roof as it was for me to put them up there. I bought these crossing my fingers that thieves arent too smart.

I think I have a solution that will work to at least lock the rack and bike to the roof rack. You could use a cable lock such as # e98891.
Lock the bike to the rack at the frame connection and then use the cable lock to secure the whole thing, bike rack and bike, to the roof rack.
