I believe the exhaust placement is different with the Ecoboost engine and wanted to make sure this would still fit? Thank you.

According to my contact at Curt, the Class I # C11067 hitch is compatible with all 5 dr hatchback models of the 2014 Fiesta, including models with the Ecoboost engine.
If you'll be doing some light towing with your Fiesta, you might also need the following:
Ball mount part # 3593
Trailer Wiring Harness, part # 118471
2 Inch Trailer Ball, part # 19258
1-7/8 Inch Trailer Ball, part # 19256
Locking Hitch Pin, part # e98882
Before attempting to tow with your Fiesta, be sure to read and abide by any towing advice mentioned in your owners manual.
