Question:
Hi, Im trying to connect my trailers wire harness 4 wire to my 2008 Chrysler 300 LX. I was able to connect the brake and tail lights, but not the turn signals. Im assuming because the trailer has a dual purpose bulb system and the car has a single. Is there any way to do this without having to use a converter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are going to have to install a wiring harness with a converter box to be able to install a 4-way on your 2008 Chrysler 300. You are correct, because the taillight circuits of your vehicle are separate and the taillights on most trailers are combined a converter box is required.
The Curt wiring harness part # C55546 would be the correct harness for your vehicle and would install pretty easily.
