Question:
You do have a class 1 receiver for a 2014 Kia Optima. I would like a class 2. What is the right part number for a class 2 receiver?

Your 2014 Kia Optima has only light-duty Class I hitches offered for it, such as the Curt # C11025. All can be seen on the link provided. Each one shares the same 200-lb tongue weight capacity and each can carry up to 2 bikes on a hitch-mount rack. Please note that my research did not confirm any official rated towing capacity for the 2014 Optima sedan; your owner's manual should be consulted before towing any trailer.
The reason only Class I hitches are offered for your Optima, and for many other similar vehicles, is that there is not enough strength in the frame where the hitch attaches to support more weight than the 200-lb rating for a Class I hitch.
