Hey Rhonda, yes the Curt hitch part # C46DR is a confirmed fit for your 2027 Infiniti QX65 and is a really great option. I really like this hitch because it is mostly hidden and has great towing capacities. Speaking of that, were you planning on doing some towing?

This trailer hitch works great for these Nissan bodies. It was really easy to install after watching the video. I do not have a lift, but I was able to put my Pathfinder up on jackstands and install the four bolts that attach the hitch. The only part I didn’t like was having to cut a square of plastic out of my lower bumper. It is totally invisible from the outside, I just didn’t like hurting my Pathfinder. Also, the hitch is below the bumper so you lose that bit of clearance, which could be a problem if you have a need for clearance like a steep driveway with a deep drainage ditch/gutter at the bottom. Make sure you check out the tongue weight limitation of your vehicle because I can only put 600 pounds on mine and that was less than one of my trailers.
