Hey David! Yes, the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751497 will fit your 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave X. We only list it through 2023 but Roadmaster has confirmed it fits the 2024 models as well. If you're planning on using a Roadmaster base plate, the # RM72VT is the correct kit for your Mojave X.

Do you have the rest of your setup picked out already?

Thank you for the quick response to my question. I was also looking at the Universal Stop Light switch RM-751000. It seems that this one with the infrared sensor might be easier to install. Would this one also work on my Gladiator Mojave? If so, what are the pros and cons of each and which one would you recommend for this application.

@DavidM yes, the Universal Stop Light Switch # RM-751000 will also work on your Gladiator. It uses an infrared sensor instead of a mechanical switch, which can make installation a little easier, but it does require calibration. I'd stick with the vehicle-specific # RM-751497. It's a confirmed fit and I prefer the simplicity of a physical switch for long-term reliability. You also have to figure you only need to install this once, so even if it is a little more difficult you're done once you get it in.

I installed the infrared and after two trips it was dead. Used both outputs and it was gone. Got the universal with the gladiator bracket and it’s flawless! Old school mechanical stop light indicator works best!

@Tom that's exactly why I prefer the mechanical switch. It's a simpler setup with less to go wrong. Glad you got everything working reliably, and I appreciate you sharing your experience!
