Hi William!
It sounds like what you are looking for is the Replacement Hardware for Curt 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Round Tube Slider # CU54FR. You technically will have a couple extra pieces of hardware, but it never hurts to replace everything when you are doing this.
We do also have the Replacement Roller Wheel and Shoulder Bolt for Curt A-, E-, Q-, or R-Series 5th Wheel Hitch - Qty 1 # C79UR. But if you are needing all 8, you will need to purchase a quantity of 8 of these to cover everything. Probably not the economical way to go, but still figured I would mention it.
What kind of 5th wheel are you towing with this? And how often are you towing?
