I really think it is awesome that Etrailer would even remember me after a year. My product was back ordered due to the manufacturer but Etrailer was in communication we me the whole time. Had all the parts to replace the rollers on my slider hitch, some of which had rusted to the bolts and would not turn.
Due to COVID, ETrailer had to have the shipment drop shipped from the manufacturer. It came in a timely fashion and worked well.
