The Replacement Remote for Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Qty 1 # PE33QJ is designed to replace both older 4-button remotes and 2-button styles, but compatibility with your 2004 Gen 1 Bedlocker depends strictly on your serial number (found in the upper left corner of the main canister).

If the first two letters of your tonneau cover serial number begin with BK, BL, BM, BN, or BO, the # PE33QJ remote will successfully pair to your cover. If your serial number features a B followed by any letter from A through J (BA, BB, BC, so on and so forth) though, the receiver's electronics are too old and Pace Edwards no longer manufactures a compatible replacement fob, unfortunately.
