Welcome back Richard. You could potentially do either of those options depending on which generation of MORryde steps you have.

The Add-A-Step for MORryde StepAbove Steps item # MR58MV can be installed on your existing MORryde steps so long as your steps themselves are 19-1/2" wide x 7" long. These work with the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps item # MR26RR.

The MORryde StepAbove RV Steps item # MR98RR is the correct 3-step option so long as your Forest River Cascade's door threshold is 30" - 33-1/2" above the ground and your entry way is between 23-3/4" - 26-1/4" wide.

The MORryde item # MR48RR steps are what you'll need if your threshold is 34" - 36" above the ground. They also fit a 23-3/4" - 26-1/4" wide entry way.

How far above the ground is your entry threshold and how wide is the entryway on your Cascade 23MKC? If you could find me a serial number off of your 2 step Morryde steps or measure the thread width, I can confirm the Add-A-Step will work.
